EULA - End User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual
or a single entity) and ChemTable Software for the Autorun Organizer software
product identified above, which may include associated software
components, media, printed materials, and 'online' or electronic
documentation ('Software'). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the
Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do
not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

This program may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package
is not modified.

This Software and any support from ChemTable Software are provided 'AS IS'
and without warranty, express or implied. ChemTable Software specifically
disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose. In no event will ChemTable Software be liable for any damages,
including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings or any incidental
or consequential damages, whether resulting from impaired or lost data,
software or computer failure or any other cause, or for any other claim by
the user or for any third party claim.

PROPERTY:

This software, including its code, documentation, structure and organization
is an exclusive product of the ChemTable Software, that retains the property
rights to the software, its copies, modifications, or merged parts.
All rights not expressly granted here also are reserved by ChemTable Software.

This Software contains the setup package for Reg Organizer that you may
optionally install. The section below entitled REG ORGANIZER LICENSE
AGREEMENT lists usage and distribution conditions of the Reg Organizer
program. The conditions take effect upon signing the Agreement (when
you select the 'I accept the agreement' option when installing the Software)
and checking the option 'Install Reg Organizer' during installing the Software.

REG ORGANIZER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Reg Organizer software product is NOT freeware. This means:

You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the shareware version
of Reg Organizer within evaluation period of 30 days.

Reg Organizer may be freely distributed in its shareware form to third
parties, provided the distribution package is not modified and the latter
agree to accept the terms of this Agreement.

No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Reg Organizer
without written permission from the copyright holder.

Reg Organizer IS DISTRIBUTED 'AS IS'.
NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT
YOUR OWN RISK. AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS,
DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE
USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
otherwise reverse engineer Reg Organizer or any its part, except as provided
for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and
automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil
prosecution.

Reg Organizer registration information may not be distributed outside of the
area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original
license, without written permission of the copyright holder.

Installing and using Reg Organizer signifies acceptance of these terms and
conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
Reg Organizer from your disc and cease to use the product.

Obtaining a Reg Organizer license gives you the right to use the program
without functional and time limitations. You also have access to free program
updates and technical support for one year from the date of purchase.
